Register by noon, Friday, April 13
(Mandatory pre-session Tuesday, April 17 at 8:30 a.m. or 4:30 p.m.)


Bring two forms of ID (one must be state issued photo ID) to register and test day;
Only 12 seats available, register early;
CASD residents partially funded by the United Fund of Corry, so your test cost is only $80;
All test takers must  have a workable email address that can be accessed remotely; such as gmail, yahoo or hotmail.

Partial GED Tests

Only need to come the day that section is being offered;
Follow the same registration deadline as above;
Cost for partial retest is $40;

Bring two forms of ID (one must be state issued photo ID) to register and test day;
Bring official copy of transcripts to register and test day.

Who may take the GED test? 

Anyone 18 years old or older who is not enrolled in an approved or licensed secondary (high) school;
or anyone 16 to 18 years of age and not enrolled in an approved or licensed secondary school, under one of the following provisions:

  l At the written request of an employer who requires a high school equivalency for job opportunities;
  l At the written request of a college, technical/trade school or university official who will accept applicants on the basis of GED test scores;
    l At the written request of a recruiting officer for persons who wish to enter a branch of the armed forces and who are required to have high school equivalency;
 
l At the written request of the director of a state institution for residents, patients or inmates before their anticipated release or discharge from the institution.
