Excel Level II is a 9-hour program providing intermediate skills in
using and enhancing spreadsheets, using Excel. Prerequisites include
a basic understanding of computer operations and mouse manipulation as
provided in “Intro to Computers”; a working knowledge of the computer
operating system as provided in “Windows Level I ”; and successful
completion of "Excel Level I."
Course Content:

Create and manipulate
charts;

Specify headers and
footers;

Print preview and control
page breaks, numbering, etc;

Use
conditional formatting;

Freeze
columns and rows;

Insert
and delete sheets, hide and protect worksheets from others;

A
review of working with formulas and functions and creating a formula with several
operators, using names the conditional if function;

Generate
multiple totals with AutoSum, and using dates in calculations;

Displaying
and printing formulas in a spreadsheet;

Basic
data base features of Excel (Data
Form, sorting records, auto filter, advanced filter).
