This 9-hour program will introduce you to the basic concepts needed to create your own Personal Web Site. You will be introduced to basic HTML, Netscape Composer and FrontPage. Prerequisites include a basic understanding of computer operations and mouse manipulation as provided in "Intro to Computers", "Internet & Email Level I", "Windows Level I", and "Word Level I."

Course Content:

·       Basic fundamentals of web site design;

·       Introduction to HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language);

·       Netscape Composer;

·       Microsoft FrontPage;

·       Uploading and testing your web site.

Students should know who their ISP is, if they have web site space available to them and where to upload their web site to. Students will receive a certificate of completion from the Corry Higher Education Council.
