First time in Corry! Learn the
basics of building construction, either for job opportunities or personal
knowledge! Under the direction of contractor David Nolan, you’ll
build a 12x12 shed from the ground up! This 45-hour class includes
measuring, layout, safety, cutting and drilling; different building methods
such as stick and pole framing; lumber sizing; header sizing and
applications; roof framing including trusses and rafter framing, different
finish wall material; window and garage door installation; vinyl siding;
roofing methods including venting; soffit and fascia methods; and simple
electrical wiring! Class size limited to six!
