Access is a 9-hour program providing
extended skills in creating
and utilizing databases. Prerequisites
include a basic understanding of computer operations and mouse manipulation
as provided in “Intro to Computers”; a working knowledge of the computer
operating system as provided in “Windows Level I”; and a working knowledge
of databases as provided in "Access Level I & II" and spreadsheets
as
provided in “Excel Level I & II.
Course Content:

Create a Macro

Using macros, run a macro, create keyboard short cuts and buttons
for Macros;

Synchronize forms;

Power access techniques, explore Access SQL, write ASQL statement,
a sign SQL statements to objects, create a cross tab query and use charts;

Access modules, explore the module window, use a debugged window,
visual basic code, write user defined functions, use the if then else statements
and your select case etc.
